GenMusicLab Terms of Service

1. Acceptance and Eligibility

• Legal Agreement: By accessing GenMusicLab, you confirm you have the legal authority to enter into this contract.
• Age Requirements: Our platform is intended for users 13 years of age or older. If you are under 18, you must have the consent and supervision of a parent or legal guardian. Paid features are strictly reserved for those 18 and older.
• Policy Integration: Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated herein by reference.

2. User Accounts and Security

To utilize certain features, you must register for an account.

• Account Responsibility: You are solely responsible for all activities occurring under your account. You must maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• Breach Notification: If you detect unauthorized access to your account, notify us at support@genmusiclab.com immediately. GenMusicLab is not liable for losses resulting from compromised accounts.

3. AI-Generated Content & Intellectual Property

Our Service utilizes advanced AI models (including technologies from OpenAI and Suno) to help you create music. The rights to this content depend on your subscription status:

• Standard (Free) Access: Music generated under a free plan is for personal, non-commercial use only. You may share it for private enjoyment, but you are prohibited from selling, licensing, or monetizing this content.
• Premium (Paid) Access: Users with an active paid subscription are granted commercial usage rights for the music they generate. This allows for distribution, performance, and monetization of the tracks.
• Legal Disclaimer: Ownership and copyright of AI-generated works are subject to evolving global laws. GenMusicLab makes no guarantee regarding the copyrightability of any AI-generated output under your local jurisdiction.

4. Prohibited Conduct

When using GenMusicLab, you agree not to:

• Reverse Engineer: Attempt to extract source code, bypass security, or decompile the AI models and software used by the platform.
• Abuse AI Tools: Generate content that is illegal, defamatory, promotes hate speech, or violates the privacy of others.
• Automate Access: Use crawlers, bots, or automated scripts to scrape data or interfere with service performance.
• Infringe Brands: Use GenMusicLab's trademarks, logos, or proprietary assets without express written permission.

5. Payments, Credits, and Refunds

• Service Fees: Pricing for subscriptions and credit packs is clearly displayed on our platform. We reserve the right to adjust pricing at any time.
• Refund Policy: We offer a 3-day conditional refund window. To qualify: the request must be submitted within 72 hours of the transaction, and the user must have consumed no more than 50 credits from the purchased pack.
• Abuse: We reserve the right to deny refunds to any user found violating these terms or engaging in fraudulent activity.

6. Service Limitations and Disclaimers

• “As-Is” Basis: The Service is provided without warranties of any kind. AI generation is inherently experimental; we do not guarantee specific artistic results or uninterrupted uptime.
• Third-Party Dependencies: Our Service relies on third-party providers (e.g., OpenAI, Suno). We are not responsible for disruptions caused by these external partners.

7. Termination of Service

We may suspend or terminate your access to GenMusicLab at our sole discretion, without prior notice, if we believe you have breached this Agreement or engaged in conduct that harms the platform or other users.
