1. The 3-Day Satisfaction Guarantee
We offer a 72-hour window for users to evaluate our premium features. To be eligible for a full refund, your request must meet the following two conditions:
- Timeframe: Your refund request must be submitted within 3 days (72 hours) of the initial transaction.
- Credit Usage: You must have consumed no more than 50 credits from the specific plan or package you are seeking a refund for.
Please note: Requests that fall outside this timeframe or exceed the credit usage limit are generally not eligible for a refund.
2. How to Request a Refund
To initiate a refund, please send an email to our support team:

- Required Info: Please include your Account Email and a brief explanation of why the service didn't meet your needs. This feedback helps us improve our AI models.
Our team will review your application and provide a decision within 5 business days.
3. Processing and Payouts
- Method: Approved refunds are automatically issued to the original payment method used during checkout.
- Timeline: While we process refunds promptly, it may take 5 to 10 business days for the funds to appear in your statement, depending on your bank or payment provider's processing times.
4. Important Limitations
- Policy Abuse: GenMusicLab reserves the right to decline refund requests if we detect patterns of "policy gaming," such as repeatedly purchasing and refunding accounts after using the service.
- Terms Violation: Users whose accounts have been suspended due to violations of our Terms of Service (e.g., generating prohibited content or reverse engineering) forfeit their right to a refund.
